Cancellation, Return & Refund

  • To cancel an order, you need to send an email with all order details to our support team at [email protected]
  • Cancellation request will not be entertained for requests made after 48 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of placing the order will be eligible for 70% refund of the total order amount.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled even if request of cancellation made within 48 hours.

Please find the below steps followed by our company in cases of refund:

1. Company approves the refund process if the case is eligible and informs the customer of the decision.

2. Company raises return pickup request with the courier partner by verified OTP from customer and provides the customer with a return pickup slip by email or via whatsapp.

3. Customer packs the shipment in original condition with return pickup slip in top of package.

4. Courier executive picks up the shipment from customer.

5. Once the shipment is received back to our warehouse and its contents are verified and checked in original condition then the refund amount is credited back to customer in customer’s preferred mode of online payment.

  • We accept return for refund within 1 day after delivery date (the date you received your package).
  • All Returns and Exchanges will attract Additional Shipping Fees, which will be communicated to you at the time of Returns / Exchanges.
  • We will only refund the amount you paid for the product but not for services.
  • We’ll issue the refund to your payment account i.e. the payment mode you used to pay
  • All COVID-19 Essential Items are non returnable, only exchange will be provided in case of manufacturing defect or size issues.
  • If we said we will refund to your credit card, the whole process may need 10-30 business days as you card bank need to process the refund to you.
  • You card bank need 10-30 business days to transfer the money to your card account.
  • Heavendeer Fashions can’t control the processing speed of your card bank.
  • Please ask the card bank for detailed information.
  • Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 7 days for us to process the refund.
  • The refund should reflect in your account depending on the method of payment.

  • Most returns can be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
  • Considering 3-5 days for delivery, we may need 10-15 days to confirm your returned items.
  • We’ll issue the refund to your payment account.
  • Returning shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
  • Please contact us via email or contact form, indicating which items you would like to return and the reason for the return along with the order no, your email id, phone no. and your address.

  • Full Refund: We offer full refund (excluding the round trip shipping charge) on any item that are found to be faulty, damaged or wrong due to our fault. Customer needs to provide the unboxing video of the product at the time of receiving the shipment to prove that the item is faulty, damaged or wrong. Damage caused by mishandling by third party or customer’s negligence are not eligible for refund. All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused and must be in original tags and packaging.
  • Partial Refund: We also offer partial refund on returned items which have some original parts missing. In sch a case, the customer can get only partial refund.

If the item(s) is(are) found damaged, defiled, deformed or wrong after receipt at our warehouse, or you return the items(s) without prior notifying us, you will get no refund.

  • Shipping Cost: For unwanted or unnotified returns, the round trip shipping costs should be borne by the buyer. Customer can get 50% refund of the total amount of products.
  • Refunds can be processed in 7 business days from receiving the returned package.
  • Please make sure to keep the tracking number or return receipt for checking.
  • Once your return/exchange has been processed we will email you a confirmation.
